We are currently seeking Sydney’s best Studio Manager. The ideal candidate is someone capable of ensuring the smooth running of Corlette, both technically and logistically. Reporting to our Director of Projects you’re main areas of responsibility will be; project scheduling, administration, running WIP meetings, and managing IT and technology. In this role you will be required to:

• Schedule and manage the workflow of all projects, through both the Sydney and Shanghai studios
• Manage jobs and schedules in TRAFFIC Management Software
• Manage resourcing – pre-planning for any freelance or outsourcing
• Maintain filing protocols across hard and soft platforms
• Identify and implement any improvements in processes, procedures, and IT
• Ensure deadlines are met and clear communication of priorities is maintained
• Manage and deliver IT trouble-shooting, acting as the point of contact for IT support.
• Run, and report on, weekly WIP meetings with Project Managers
• Constructively contribute and collaborate with all colleagues in a considerate and collegiate manner.

You have a Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Project Management and a minimum  5 Years’ experience managing a design studio with a high volume of design projects.

Your skills include:

• Advanced knowledge of the design process
• Advanced knowledge of managing a busy studio
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Adobe Creative Cloud – advantageous
• TRAFFIC Management Software – highly advantageous
• Effective, clear and concise communication skills.

We currently have an exciting role for a passionate, ambitious Project Co-ordinator. You will work with our Project Managers and Design Team to deliver projects effectively and efficiently. In this role you will be required to:

• Gain a thorough understanding of all projects
• Source and provide correct project information to the right team members
• Maintain TRAFFIC management software data, project WIPs, contacts lists, and client contact reports
• Assist the design team to ensure deliverables are correct, as specified
• File project work and information in a timely manner
• Champion effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Liaise with all members of the projects and design team in a considerate and collegiate manner
• Assist our Project Managers, Design Team and Creative Directors in meeting preparation, both local and international.

1-2years work experience and/or qualifications in any of the following disciplines will be viewed favourably:

• project management
• industrial design
• architecture
• interior architecture
• manufacturing
• design
• Chinese language skills.
